a. We do not tolerate “NO SHOWS” (failure to attend a shift without notification). Doing so, regardless of the circumstances is instant dismissal. Boobtique Entertainment choose not to represent sub contractors who defame our reputation with poor work ethic.
b. All cancellations for your contracted work must be made at the nearest possible time by “Phone Call” to ensure the message is received safely.
c. Cancellation of jobs must be made with in 8 hours of your start time so we can notify the client or arrange alternate entertainment in time. Leaving it to the last minute can make it extremely difficult for us to cover.
d. If you are unsure about your shift attendance, please notify the office immediately (preferably no later than 24 hours) so we can start to plan a back up in the case you cannot attend. Leaving your decision to the last minute only makes it harder for the agency to fill.
e. You must not re-allocate your shifts to another sub-contractor. The company must be made aware of your attendance and will re-allocate the shift based on the client’s requests and requirements.
f. Picking and choosing your shifts based on location, other contractors and pay rate will not be tolerated. All entertainers are to take work on a first in best-dressed scenario. Cancelling work to take higher paying or more convenient shift with our agency or for another agency will result with penalties.
a. It is your obligation as a working contractor to have access to a working phone with credit to keep communication open.
b. You must answer all work related calls or return/reply as soon nearest possible. Ignoring calls intentionally can cause huge disruption to our work flow.
c. All call outs done by SMS notifications must be replied to at your nearest convenience. A “Y” on “N” is all that is required for the company to proceed with operations. Failure to reply can hold up the allocation process by days.
d. We are happy to work around your personal commitments if we know about them in advance. Once you give your availability for the week ahead you are to keep this availability for the company. Any changes to your availability must be reported straight away so that we can stop actively seeking work for you/telling clients you are available.
a. You must make yourself familiar with and represent Boobtique's entertainment specifications as accurately as possible. Reducing show time or leaving out key props is unacceptable. Refer to the Entertainment Specification Handbook for details.
b. It is reccommended that you plan your nights schedule in advance. If any event details need clarification the office is happy to help e.g. check addresses, directions, etc, provided it is done in advance and outside of peak times. Your client details are provided to you if you need any help on the night of the booking when the office is too busy to help.
c. If you are expecting to arrive at your job any later than 15 minutes it is recommended you phone the client and provide an ETA. We also recommend that you keep your phone ID blocked for your privacy.
d. Your working time does not commence till AFTER you are dresses/undressed appropriately and start entertaining.
e. Your client will expect you to keep your smoke breaks and time in the bathroom/allocated bedroom to a minimum. If you are assisting a stripper please be conscious of your time away from the party as this can impact the guests night.
f. Please keep mobile phones close incase the office need to contact you regarding another shift, however they are not be used excessively for personal use while on the job.
g. A minimum of 5 Boobtique business cards are to be handed out at all jobs.
a. No bitching/fighting. Maintain professional team like behavior. Personal issues must stay at home. We will not allocate work around conflicts with other sub contractors.
b. Drug use is strictly not tolerated on the job.
c. Whilst a social drink is ok you are not permitted to get drunk or in a state where your behavior/perception is altered. You are not to assume drinks provided at the party are for your consumption and drinks are not to be taken away from the job.
d. At no time during work hours or at the work location you are able to hook up with clients, exchange numbers for personal work or to offer a lift in your personal car.
e. You are not to bring friends or contractors from other agencies to any jobs with the intention that they will work. Anyone you bring does not represent the company and you will be responsible for their behavior.
f. You must not wear, exhibit or hand out anything of the kind, which represents another adult entertainment agency at a Boobtique booking.
g. You are hired as entertainment and you must be engaged with the guests and party activities. If we receive more than 3 negative reviews about your work load will be hindered.
a. The correct company uniform must be worn to and from all jobs.
b. Presentation: hair neat, full but light make-up, tanned and glamorous.
c. Lingerie attire: 2 piece set, full briefs, corsets, baby dolls tops, and similar. NO g-strings
d. Topless attire: Leggings, patterned stockings, hot pants, cupless corsets. NO g-string, underwear and mini skirts. Long pants and thin long sleeve cardigans (buttoned behind back) can only be worn if temperatures drop below 19 degrees and are required to work outdoors.
e. Nude attire: Cupless corsets and suspenders are suitable.
f. Footwear attire: Nice heals or flats if on grass gravel sand or unstable surfaces. Strictly no ugg-boots, thongs or sneakers.
g. All showgirls are to have and use at least 2 professional showgirl costumes. No exception for scrappy china made stuff and girls who make no effort only wearing lingerie to start the show.
h. If you are changing you look dramatically (hair colour, cut, tattoos etc) please discuss with the office in advance. You may have to pay for another photoshoot if the company deems nessassary. We will limit the number of alternative and tattooed girls due to the limited work demand. Please keep in mind how your image will affect your workload in the industry.
a. Do not ask for tips with in the first hour of your shift.
b. Do not undercharge, do not overcharge. Keep upgrades as close to your regular pay as possible.
c. When collecting tips for time extension or attire change, you must notify/include all other working team members in the decision and an amount must be agreed on that all are happy with prior to collecting.
a. Clients sometimes fail to pass on information to their guests about our rules and expectations. Announcement prior to starting your shift is recommended so that party guests are aware of these in advance. It is also your responsibility to set personal ground rules before they are breached.
b. We have a 3-step process to follow if you feel uncomfortable at a job or are being disrespected in any way. First: Warn the guest who is provoking you. Second: Notify the client of the guest’s misbehavior. Third: Call the office and a 3 way conversation will occur whereby I will grant you the right to leave with full pay. If this is not followed and you leave with the client’s money without notice you will be required to pay back the money collected for the time you did not complete.
c. You are not expected to stay at a job where there are less than 8 guests and you feel compromised. If you choose to leave then do so immediately and do not collect pay. Please notify the office on your decision.
d. Photography/videoing of any kind is not tolerated unless your private areas are covered up and all girls at the job agree to it. It is best to encourage guest’s phones to stay in their pockets at all times to avoid confusion
e. Touching in a promiscuous manner is strictly not allowed. This works both ways. Sitting on laps, grinding, sexual behaviors and going behind closed doors is not tolerated and you will be dismissed. Your behavior creates expectations for what is acceptable from ALL entertainers.
a. You must report any behavior from sub-contractors that are seen to be unacceptable. We pride ourselves on refining our team and we cannot do this with out us working together. All reports remain confidential.
b. Stolen money or damaged property is to be reported immediately along with whom you are working with. The company is not responsible for any loss or damages make to your property and we highly recommend that you keep all valuables including money, securely stowed in a discrete location or lockable container.
c. Any borrowed work property is your responsibility and you will be charged for loss and damages. Borrowed property must be returned immediately and the company has the right to withhold work or pay until such time.
d. FB posts must be kept to a minimum and work related to avoid flooding the feed. You must not post anything that advertises other agency or club, attack another member or bastardises the company.
